Who I am
I’m Derrick, a pianist, composer, and music producer with over 13 years of piano training and a lifelong passion for creating music. While my foundation is in classical piano, I love exploring jazz, orchestral, electronic, and contemporary styles. I compose for films, produce across genres, and enjoy blending traditional techniques with modern sounds.

Ancient Land, Living Waters Trailer
This trailer previews my full-length documentary filmed in Palau, where I joined the TAS film team on a 6-day trip to Palau to capture and learn about the island’s culture, people, and environment. I composed the entire original score for the documentary — 12 tracks in total — including the soundtrack featured in this trailer.
